We work with founder-led businesses, multi-site operators, and investor-backed platforms across the buy-side and sell-side, bringing a practical perspective shaped by real in-seat operating and transaction experience.Founded by Richard Gervais, Corvus is built on more than 15 years of corporate development and advisory experience across 200+ transactions, with particular depth in dental and other fragmented healthcare and consumer service sectors. Richard previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at dentalcorp and Chief Development Officer at 42 North Dental LLC, leading acquisition strategy and execution in both the Canadian and US markets. Richard holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations and an honours Bachelor of Commerce degree at McMaster University.Having sat on the acquirer side of the table, we understand what drives value, what buyers underwrite, and what it takes to move a deal from opportunity to close.
